🎨 CALL TO ARTISTS 

We are excited to invite both members and non-members to showcase their artwork at our upcoming exhibition at the CHA Gallery.

 

Her Roots, Her Wings: Heritage and Identity  

This exhibition celebrates women and their profound impact on our lives. We ask artists to create or submit artwork that honors the 

woman who has shaped you — the one whose strength, wisdom, culture, and love helped form the person you are today.

 

🎨 Painters, 📷 photographers, 🗿 sculptors, and 🎭mixed media artists are invited to bring their unique vision to life, exploring how 

women anchor us in identity while empowering us to rise.

Eligibility: Open to emerging and established artists.

Maximum artwork size: 18 × 24 inches

     Artist name

     Contact information

     Artist statement (150–300 words)

     Artwork title(s), medium, dimensions, and year

     High-resolution images (JPEG or PNG).

     Brief bio

 

Important Dates:

🗓️ Submission Deadline: March 2

🎉 Opening Reception: March 8 – 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

🗓️ Exhibition Dates: March 8 thru March 29th

🖼️ Artwork Drop-Off: March 6 – 5 p.m.

📦 Artwork Pick-Up:  March 29th at 5 p.m.

1- Online application: 

  • To submit your application online, complete the form below and click Submit Form.

Artwork Images: If you experience any issues uploading images of your artwork to the application below, please email your artwork images to Imelda.dutton@gmail.com.

  • Each image file must include the artist’s name, artwork title. Sample: GabrielaValencia_ColorsOfMyLife
  • Please submit your artwork images in JPG format, 300 DPI, and at least 1300 pixels on the longest side.
  • Each artist may submit up to 3  pieces of artwork.

2- If you prefer to apply via email:

  •  We’ll be happy to send you the application form, guidelines, and all the details you need. Please  email images of your artwork to: Imelda.dutton@gmail.com

After sending your application: 

Once you’ve submitted your application either by email or through our online form , please complete your registration by paying the participation donation fee. You can make your payment by clicking the PayPal button below.

  • $20 for members (up to 3 art pieces)
  • $30 for non- members (up to 3 art pieces)

Note: Only applications submitted with payment will be accepted and considered.
