Damaris Soto Frassica nació, República Dominicana. Tiene un bachillerato en diseño interior y la decoración de la universidad Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UPHU), y licenciatura en Teatro y Pintura Artes y de la escuela de Bellas Artes y de Cultos de Santo Domingo, Rep. Dominicana.

Mas adelante tuvo una maestría en negocias de la Universidad de APEC en la República Dominicana. Cuando llego a los Estados Unidos asistió a la universidad Massasoit en Brockton, Massachussets, en donde ella tomó a Administración de negocios.

Damaris ha vivido en Tampa desde 1986, donde en compañía de su esposo fundaron Habitat Home Realty of Florida, compañía de Bienes Raíces de la Florida que sirve a comunidad hispánica de la Bahía de Tampa.

Damaris disfruta trabajar con su gente y promover la cultural hispana en la Bahía de Tampa. Ella cree que es bien importante enfocarse en nuestra juventud hispana promoviendo la educación, aprendizaje y conocimiento cultural para que nuestros hijos puedan tener un futuro mejor y una comunidad fuerte donde sean un buen ejemplo.

Ella espera que su pasión dedicación y servicio a la comunidad y organizaciones hispanas pueda contribuir a hacer la diferencia.

Damaris Bio English

Damaris Soto Frassica was born in the Dominican Republic. She has a degree in Interior Design and Decoration from the University Pedro Henriquez Ureña, and in Fine Arts from the School of Bellas Artes and Cultos, and a B.A. from APEC University in Dominican Republic. She attended Massasoit College, Massachusetts. She came to the United States in 1984 and has lived in Tampa since 1986, where she and her husband founded Habitat Home Realty of Florida, a Real Estate company that serves the Hispanic community. Damaris enjoys working with people. She believes that a focus on education, apprenticeship, and cultural awareness among our Hispanic youth can make our community stronger. She hopes that her passion and dedication for Hispanic organizations and community can make a difference in Tampa Bay.

In the spring of 2012 , after 27 years of not touching a brush she was inspired by being around of many great artists, she found her passion once again for painting.

Her collective exhibits participation include the Museum of Science “MOSI”. The Tower At West Shore, Centennial Park Ybor City, Hispanic Professional Women Association Annual Fiesta Day, Feathered Serpent Gallery and Stageworks Theatre. Harbour Island Art Walk.
